The 1st National Conference of the Financial Engineering and Banking Society (FEBS) was held at the conference hall "Karatzas" of National Bank of Greece, in Athens, during 3-4 December 2010.

During the conference 35 papers were presented in 7 sessions. Moreover, two panel sessions were organized on operational risk management in banks and credit risk assessment.
